This project is located in a very important area within the expansion of Ramadi city. The project faces the street connecting the glass factory and the Al Sheraa area west of the city along its entire width. This project has a large commercial facade on this central and important street.

– The total area of ​​the project is about 385 dunums (960,000) square meters

– The foundation stone for this project was laid in 2010 and it is considered the first residential investment project in Anbar and the first to deliver title deeds to citizens in Iraq.
