This project is located in a very important area within the expansion of Ramadi city. The project faces the street connecting the glass factory and the Al Sheraa area west of the city along its entire width. This project has a large commercial facade on this central and important street.
– The total area of the project is about 385 dunums (960,000) square meters
– The foundation stone for this project was laid in 2010 and it is considered the first residential investment project in Anbar and the first to deliver title deeds to citizens in Iraq.
– This project consists of 7 phases and the number of residential units exceeded 1500 residential units and the plots range from 200 square meters of one floor to Roman palaces with plots of 1000 square meters.
– This project was affected by the events that the governorate went through between 2012 and 2018, which led to delaying the completion of the project in all its stages until 2024. Despite this, more than 500 housing units were delivered before the events and more than 600 housing units from 2019 until now.

– The project provides all services to its residents as it contains markets, a mosque and a pharmacy. It is also interspersed with large green spaces that provide comfort and clean air for residents away from the city and its pollution.
